UPDATE 5/7/21: The issue for the "unknown error" has been resolved and requires a new installation of InvinciBull:
* Run the uninstaller program in C:\Program Files(x86)\VitalSecurityVPN\ (right click on uninstaller and select run as administrator).
* Empty the recycle bin.
* Restart computer and verify all files are gone from C:\Program Files(x86)\VitalSecurityVPN\.
* Download and install InvinciBull, again run as admin: https://ulm.finjanmobile.com/.
